Digital transformation of quality management through the integration of enterprise resource planning systems in industry

Abstract

The article examines the role of enterprise resource planning systems as the technological foundation for the digital transformation of quality management systems at industrial enterprises. The authors substantiate the necessity of transitioning from formalized document management to real-time quality management based on end-to-end data integration. Based on an analysis of practical cases involving the implementation of the “1C: Enterprise Resource Planning” platform in various industries, the mechanisms for meeting the requirements of the International Organization for Standardization standard 9001:2015 have been identified, including traceability, risk-based thinking, and the process approach. It has been established that an enterprise resource planning system serves as a tool for proactive quality management, contributing to a reduction in defects, greater process transparency, and more efficient use of resources.
