Abstract

The article analyzes the impact of digital B2B platforms on the efficiency of supply chain management in small enterprises. Mechanisms for reducing transaction costs, optimizing logistics, and increasing procurement transparency are examined. The economic effects of implementing platform solutions are assessed: reduction in supplier search time, decrease in coordination costs, and minimization of disruption risks. Practical significance lies in developing recommendations for platform selection and integration into business processes, considering the constraints of small businesses.
