Artificial intelligence in management decisions: from data to strategy

Features of agentic systems and formats of manager-algorithm interaction are examined. Key implementation risks are identified. The main conclusion: AI serves as a tool to enhance manager competencies rather than replace them, requiring transformation of corporate data culture.
