Improving mechanisms to support small businesses in the context of reducing unemployment and increasing the economic security of the region (using the example of the Kurgan region)

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to assess the impact of small business support measures on the unemployment rate and economic security of the region. The purpose of the study is to analyze the practice of social contracts and retraining programs within the framework of the national project "Cadres" for 2023-2025 in the Kurgan region. The results obtained can be used by the employment and social protection authorities in adjusting regional employment assistance programs, as well as in planning the financing of social contracts.
