Corporate Securities: Peculiarities of Issue

Abstract

Corporate securities are an important part of not only the financial market, but also the economy as a whole. Today, many corporations seek to issue their own securities, as with their help, they can either increase their profitability and capitalization, or quickly receive borrowed funds from financial institutions or private investors. In this article, the basic theoretical aspects of corporate securities were considered, as well as methods for their issue were analyzed.
