Comparative Legal Aspects of Civil Turnover Relations in the Modern World

Abstract

The article examines the peculiarities of legal regulation of civil turnover relations in different legal systems. A comparative legal analysis of continental, common law and mixed legal systems is carried out. The study identifies current trends in the development of civil legislation under globalization and digital transformation. Special attention is paid to the legal regulation of electronic transactions, digital assets and harmonization of civil legislation. The author concludes that further convergence of legal systems is necessary while preserving national legal traditions.
