Labor productivity management in oil and gas construction

Abstract

The article analyzes the impact of market challenges on labor productivity in oil and gas construction. Management defects are identified, including imbalances in personnel structure, the absence of KPIs, and subjectivity of the labor participation coefficient. Directions for modernizing the planning and motivation systems for engineering staff and laborers are proposed.
