Abstract

This article discusses the issues of the need for business restructuring in the context of dramatically changed behavior of counterparty buyers in traditional product sales markets. The analysis of the causes of changes in market conditions is carried out. The versions of decision-making by the founders of the company for the preservation and development of business in the conditions of increasing crisis phenomena in the economy are proposed.
