Abstract

Relationship of the manager and employees is a key instrument of creating an effective organization. At the present time most of the managers in Russian Federation choose an authoritarian management style, and current Russian culture does not allow the employees to take the initiative. As a result communication gets shut down, misunderstandings are formed among different levels of employees.
