Manasing organization as a subject of economic relations in the housing and communal sector

Abstract

The article considers housing and communal services as a socially significant sector of the economy.  The issue of home management has been explored.  According to the Housing Code of the Russian Federation, the main subjects of managing apartment buildings are represented.  The most common subject of management is the managing organization, which enters into the most important economic and financial relations in the housing sector.
