Abstract

The purpose of the study is to study the theoretical, methodological and practical-applied aspects of the formation of a single educational space in Russia and Kazakhstan. The working hypothesis is predetermined by the fact that in the post-Soviet space of independent states, Russia and Kazakhstan are united by close historical, cultural, socio-economic and political ties. Scientific novelty - the basis for ensuring sustainable socio-economic development of any state is human capital and its most important component - education. The object of the study is the single educational space of Russia and Kazakhstan in the paradigm of intensifying the formation of human capital in both countries as the main advantage in the context of the global challenges of the post-industrial world. During the scientific research, the following tasks were solved: regulatory documents in the field of Russian-Kazakh cooperation in the field of higher education were analyzed, the Russian educational programs most in demand by Kazakh students were identified, the choice of the main information and communication tools providing the distance learning format was substantiated, the prospects for expanding bilateral relationships in the educational sphere. The predicted socio-economic effect consists of a long-term strengthening of the competitiveness of the economic systems of the RF and the Republic of Kazakhstan, based on structural diversification, expressed in an increase in the share of high-tech industries based on the knowledge economy.
